For the second year in a row, VOSS Automotive, Inc. has been named to the list of “Best Places to Work” in Indiana compiled by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. VOSS is recognized among an elite class of organizations including Brotherhood Mutual, Hylant Group and Salesforce. With 73 current employees, VOSS is placed in the small business category.
“The companies selected represent some of our most outstanding Hoosier employers," said Kevin Brinegar, President, Indiana Chamber of Commerce. "They embrace the idea that a positive work culture that includes respect, communication, opportunity and being part of a team not only makes it a place in which employees want to work but also fuels the success of the company.”
One hundred companies representing small (15-74 employees), medium (75-249 employees), large (250-999 employees) and major (1,000+ employees) organizations were selected based on employer reports and comprehensive surveys. All companies that participate in the program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees.
“Congratulations to all of our team members who make coming to work each day an enjoyable and rewarding experience,” said Eduardo Vultorius, CEO, VOSS Automotive, Inc. “After achieving this recognition in 2015, we observed best practices of the winning companies and listened to feedback from our employees to improve upon our internal communications, team building and benefit offerings.”
VOSS focuses on continuous improvement throughout all business areas including corporate culture. The company opened its North American headquarters in 2014, which was designed to promote open communication, foster creative, technological innovations and offer fun and relaxing common areas.
An awards ceremony will be held on May 5, 2016, at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis where the official rankings will be announced.
